I saw this elk and followed it across the span of about a .5m of him bugling and enjoying the sunset by the lake. Eventually he hung out for a few minutes and I was able to capture this shot. Although the background is kind of sad with all the burnt trees, it matched the antlers well and really created for a dynamic scene. The pink/purple light on the horizon line was a nice addition to the yellow and green colors.
